Money Pig Project

This is a fund raising initiative of FOA:

• 120 Money pigs were made by the ladies at Nambuhla
• Each pig is made over a balloon with paper mache.
• Each of the ladies received payment for their work
• Each pig after completion was then decorated & painted by an orphan and signed by him or her.
• We then”sold” the pigs to companies for R1000, on the understanding that when the pig was full of coins it would be given to FOA.
• Through this program we raised R60,000
